The PS Guidebook isn't a manual.
A manual insists that every scenario that it applies to will use the same process, and have the same result. Reality is, service organizations are different from place to place, company to company. Every situation requires a different tact, a different strategy, and perhaps a different plan.
The guidebook is my foundation for building a healthy, fun, and effective professional services team. It's my collected thoughts, structures, processes, and relationship advice I have accumulated over the years in the realm of professional services. It contains my successes, my failures, and my lessons learned.
